Megan Mescher-Cox, DO
Dr. Cox earned her Medical Degree from Kansas City University. She completed her residency training at Loma Linda University Medical Center and returned home to Camarillo, practicing medicine with her father. She is board certified in Internal Medicine and Lifestyle Medicine. Her passion is in helping people overcome their chronic disease to live their happiest, most fulfilling life.
Dr. Cox chose to purse primary care for the opportunity to build long lasting relationships with her patients. She describes her practice style as "health coaching" and thinks of herself as a partner with her patients in their health care. She is especially interested in transitioning our health care system from "sick care" to "well care" and works with patients to treat the cause of disease to truly produce health which prevents, treats and even can reverse many chronic conditions.
Jay Ziebart, Speaker & Health Educator
Jay Ziebart with Plant Based for Life is a Speaker, Health Educator, and Transition Specialist. She recently left a position as an Education Specialist with two hospitals in Ventura County to pursue her passion full time. She has a Health Science background as well as special certifications to teach diabetes and chronic disease management. She volunteers with Ventura County Public Health where she has assisted with events, screenings, and taught health education for after school programs. Her passion is reducing suffering through teaching people how to take back their health with nutrition. She has dedicated her life to empowering others to achieve their best health.
Dr. David Lowe
Dr. Lowe has been practicing pediatrics for over 35 years. He is a facilitator for the Complete Health Improvement Project and Diabetes Undone and has seen incredible results through his patients in that program. Founder of the WHOLE Conference in Camarillo, California, Dr. Lowe is passionate about educating people about the benefits of plant-based diets. He is board certified in Pediatrics and Lifestyle Medicine.
Dr. Kyle Stephens
Dr. Stephens believes in empowering patients to live the life they have always aspired to, helping his patients accomplish this with plant-based nutrition, lifestyle habits and prevention. In addition to a whole food, plant based diet approach to nutrition and chronic disease management, Dr. Stephens also has special clinical interest in Preventive Medicine, Pediatrics and Women’s Health.
Dr. Sara Whatley-Dustin
Dr. Whatley-Dustin promotes healthy lifestyles, educates and cares for people in their times of medical need to improve patients’ quality of life through mind, body, and spirit.
